At Printaza, we create every product especially for you based on the personalization details (text, images, designs, colors, sizes, and specifications) you provide at the time of ordering. Because each item is custom-made and printed on demand, we have specific guidelines for returns and replacements to ensure fairness and clarity for our customers.
All personalized and made-to-order products on Printaza are non-refundable once production begins. Since these items are crafted uniquely for your order, they cannot be resold to others. Therefore:
Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after placing the order.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter production.
This helps us maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
We want you to be satisfied with your Printaza purchase. We offer free replacements if your product meets any of the following criteria:
✔ Product arrives damaged during shipping
✔ Product has a manufacturing or printing defect
✔ Product does not match the personalized details you submitted
✔ Wrong product was delivered
To request a replacement, please contact us with the required information (see below). We’ll review your request and respond with next steps.
To be eligible for a replacement:
📌 You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Timely reporting helps us investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
Please note:
Digital screens (phones, tablets, computers) display colors using RGB (Red, Green, Blue).
Printing uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) inks.
These systems handle color differently, so:
👉 Colors on the final printed product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
👉 Such color differences are normal and are NOT considered defects.
This is due to technical and material limitations of digital displays and physical printing processes, and is standard across all custom printing services.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
If your replacement is approved due to a defect, damage, or printing error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the corrected item.
If the issue resulted from incorrect details entered by the customer (e.g., text spelling, images, design choices), additional charges or shipping fees may apply.
The following are not eligible for free replacement:
❌ Color differences between screen and print (as explained above)
❌ Dislike of colors or design after production begins
❌ Errors due to customer-entered details (misspelling, wrong image)
❌ Normal wear and tear after receipt
❌ Orders placed incorrectly but production already started
These situations do not qualify for replacement, since the product was made according to the customer-provided instructions.
